Fidelium-net is aimed at boosting sales by providing a customer loyalty and sales analysis tool accessed via the internet.

 How does it work?
The customer is allocated a personalized loyalty card. Every participating store has a card scanner for the transactions made with these cards. The data is then centralised in a data base accessible via a website.
A retailer, association or franchisee consults its client base at will with a view to targeted sales operations.
Analysis of its client base means it can get to know its customers in order to tailor its service to them.
The association manages the whole solution via the website adhering to confidentiality rules aimed at protecting the private life of each individual.
