Customer data can be accessed via a website personalized in the retailers' association colours.
The website comes in the form of a portal with secured access for each user by way of userID and a password.

On the website, the retailer can only access its client base whereas the association manages the whole solution: participating store and customer management, invoices, spreadsheets, etc.
The data featured on the site is updated on a daily basis when the terminals are emptied.

All the customer information can be retrieved without going through an external provider.
Data extractions via multi-criteria searches are available on the site to help in the creation of sales operations: birthdays, sales runs, mail shots, etc.
Browsing made easy and a user-friendly interface were at the forefront of the design of this customer analysis tool.
The portal is also accessible to card holders.
Customers can log on to the website entering their userID and a password to access their private space. They can consult their point status, the transactions made in the different points of sale and obtain information on the participating stores, etc.
This private space boosts customer involvement in the customer loyalty approach set up by retailers.
