Fidelium-net is the fruit of collaboration with GIE Firm'Epargne (Firminy,42)
In 1996, GIE Firm'Epargne, bolstered by a strong customer loyalty background, wanted to give a new image to its venture by replacing its 20-year long paper card.
This started off as a smart card customer loyalty system with card holders generated via the minitel system and centralization of transactions on customer loyalty cards: Fidelium. Card holders built up points in return for reductions in the stores of participating retailers.
In 2001, with the explosion of the internet, Fidelium replaced the minitel by a website enabling the whole management of the solution on line and consultation of client bases by participating retailers which is when Fidelium-net came to life.
In 2005, Fidelium-net is ever developing and going beyond the European borders (The Dominican Republic, Guadeloupe, French Guiana, Martinique). |
